Me and some of the guys played apples to apples and there were about ten of us and it was really fun. We hungout from after dinner to midnight.
Here I will document the adventure that begins with my first year as a Ram.
I will post about life at my home away from home so that it can be as if you were with me too ♥

Good Time to Take a Break
Today I woke up in time to catch the last few minutes of breakfast. Then I went off to OT Survey and learned about Israel's geography.
Then I went to English and we discussed our reading of an article that talked about our school being the first to desegregate in our state (in honor of the 50th aniversary of the I Have a Dream speech).
Someone brought their Sasquatch ball with them. I think it's really neat. I balanced it on my head while I watched Phineas and Ferb feat. cartoon Avengers characters.
Dinner was delish. Most of my closer friends left to go home for Labor Day weekend, so I hung out with the wonderful ones that decided not to desert me (because they lived too far, too long of a drive).
The one here beats the one back home. Free samples! Cool products, more organized.
Southern hospitality makes me unable to say no to things they offer. Nice first Reese's Peanut Butter Cup for awhile.
To you all a goodnight :)

New Things Thursday
My friend, Abe, had a t-shirt from a camp he helped at with a QR code and this great verse.
This is what our mailboxes look like (though this is NOT MY box). I took a picture of this one because I don't think anyone was assigned this one.
I keep hitting myself on stuff because I'm really silly so I'm getting pretty well acquainted with spongebob band aids:
It's almost Friday.

Lively & Colorful
We learned more about the Pentateuch again in OT Survey. It was quite interesting. Then we had a tour of the library and learned how to navigate the library website.
This is the exact place I sat last summer trying to decide if I wanted to go to this school. It's funny to think that in that repeated moment last week, God showed His fulfillment-for I am here in the library studying.
This is an amazing cue stick with a new tip, it's beautiful.
They color coordinated the cue balls to bother me...
We played "9 Ball" without cue sticks. All my friends think I'm a queen at "hobo pool" because I have "impeccable pool".
My friend's mother is head of AWANA at their church and he invited me to help out there every Wednesday. He drives a Mustang and it was on my bucket list to ride in one! If help with Cubbies if it were to fit in my study schedule. It starts next week.Beautiful view from the second floor of the church (which the inside looks like a mall). Lovely verse in the window. It's a school during the weekdays I think.
Nathaniel switched his hairpart and I'm surprised how much of a difference that would make. I think it works well for him.

God honors our efforts
Today I had history and got my first 100% on my first official quiz of the year.
Room checks today, gotta keep the room neat and tidy!
A place (caf) that makes one of the best (if not the best) Mac & cheese I've ever had.
I got this snapchat yesterday and it totally made my day! :) I love it when people say they've been thinking of me :3
I did 3 solid hours of homework (reading and worksheets)-I finished all my English reading from the textbook. It was a beautiful experience (I'm not kidding-being an English major-I thoroughly enjoyed it).
God blessed this time of studying and every part if this day & I saw it.

Ain't that nice I've been here on Monday twice
We went to OT Survey and we learned about how they divide the OT into different parts in the Hebrew Bhble compared to ours. We have finalized our seating chart in that class (in the campus auditorium).
I love this. One of our school core values.
Construction work that looks like giantic cookie. "You are a savior. You take brokenness aside and make it beautiful."
It will be a grassy area once again.
I went to the newspaper meeting and I'm going to be a writer/photographer. :)
My evening was filled with not-studying after I did a couple hours if diligent schoolbook reading this afternoon.
Sleep is for the strong,

Sunday Floats
Today was my first Sunday not at CCP.
I visited Crossroads Church St. Andrew's campus. We went to "First 15 Minutes" after service in the hospitality room where we got to know the leaders and what the church stands for. They have us a welcome packet and a welcome mug. I'm not sure what I think of it yet but I might revisit it later.
We went to to Chipotle but I didn't eat there. I got a Pizza Hut personal pan pizza and ate it on the way to Chipotle. This pretty decoration was on the wall.
Blue 'flops, blue 'flops sitting on the carpet still. Chillin free on a Sunday afternoon. Nothing better to do than laying right there. Writing silly little things because everyone's gone and the room is almost empty. It's my turn to go up to the pool table. Sorry if you didn't care.
Charlie can fit inside a cubby and I can't even...he introduces himself as Humberto; he has awesome hair.
Beautiful sunset here! #youknowyourejealous
I hung out in one of my friend's rooms and I came back feeling like I learned more and had a great time.

Slept in Saturday
This morning I woke up from sleeping last night in Lys, Kinsey, & Emily's room.
Silly morning happened here.
Malcolm with his dew float (cone and all)-He's a really chill dude from Chicago.
My friends played Tekken and I watched as they chose one of the challengers to be a panda. Hahah it was awesome.
Bam bam!
SATURDAY YAY!
